Amanda is not just a real estate enthusiast but a dynamic force within various professional and community circles. She is an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, a Guilderland Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and a dedicated participant and volunteer with the Hudson Mohawk Chapter of the Pioneer Gas Engine Association, Inc., affectionately known as "Gas Up" in Schoharie, NY. Her involvement in these organizations showcases her commitment to fostering connections and positively impacting the real estate industry and the community.


Amanda's journey in real estate began in the summer of 2019, driven by her enduring passion for homes on the market and her fascination with the transformative nature of construction projects. Her dream of owning a historic home in the Adirondack Mountains has been a guiding inspiration throughout her career.


Her commitment to excellence in real estate is evident through her educational achievements and professional designations. Amanda completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation with the National Association of Realtors. She earned the Commit to Excellence Designation (C2EX) in 2022, demonstrating her dedication to staying informed and delivering the highest service standards.


Amanda's weekends are often spent in a cherished pastime—Saturday mornings with her father, watching classic episodes of the PBS show This Old House. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for home transformation and honed her skills in turning older homes into dream spaces. Growing up, Amanda actively participated in renovating the family home alongside her father, relishing their trips to home improvement stores to select items for their projects carefully.


In February 2019, Amanda took a significant step by joining her childhood friend's construction business. Her journey in the construction field has been a continuous learning experience, where she contributes her skills and provides invaluable support in navigating the intricacies of the small business world. 


Before venturing into real estate, Amanda dedicated numerous years to childcare and the educational sector, working with children of all ages. Her educational background includes graduating from the University at Albany in 2017 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Education.


Beyond her professional pursuits, Amanda actively engages with the Guilderland Community. She is not only a participant in events organized by the local chamber of commerce but also a contributor, adding to the vibrant tapestry of community life.
